Kari's 1967 Mustang Convertible was purchased in May 2001 when Kari said she really wanted a convertible.  We decided that if we were going to spend 15 to 30k on a convertible we'd like to be one that if she decided to change her mind we could sell at not so great a loss.  We found this decent convertible at Play Toys in Yucaipa, CA.  It was kind of an older restoration so it was perfect

Original equipment included a 289 2bbl carburetor, power steering, 4 wheel non powered drums, non powered convertible top with glass window, 3 speed automatic transmission.  They had upgraded the rims (To Crager 14"), and the stereo head unit to a am/fm with tape that matched the car.  We have simply driven the car and upgraded things as they needed to be replaced, here are some of what we have done to the car.

• Sony Extreme 100 watt amp and 5.25" 3 way speakers in the kickpanels
• 2003 Mustang GT 5 Spoke Chrome Rims
• All new front Mylothene bushings, control arms, power steering assembly
• 1.25" Front Sway Bar
• 3/4" Rear Sway Bar
• KYB Gas Adjust shocks
• 15" 3 spoke steering wheel.
• 2003 Mustang GT Rims
