Well I don't know if it's commitment or Karma but the last few days since I found out/made the decision that we're not going to SD and I am committed to Oakdale.  I have done very well.  Not only did I pull together about 12 to 15k to end last month but as of today, a mere 5 days into the month and only 3 work days for me I  have written over 50,000 in PN alone and almost 9k in property.  It has been unbelievable I have just been really lucky.  3 walk in that amount to like 40k of that and 10k I worked for it's CRAZY.  I'd be happy with the 10k but this is now just ridiculous.

On another note.  Things don't suck.
